Cancellation Policy

All services provided by Geicoo Solutions are delivered digitally via the internet. Our standard delivery time ranges from 1 to 7 business days from the date an order is placed.

All new purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 30 days. Upon approval, refunds are processed within 30 business days, either as a credit to your account or direct deposit to your bank.

In rare cases, you may not receive the service confirmation or deliverables due to email issues or spam filters. If this happens, you must contact our billing department within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Failure to do so will be considered successful delivery.

• Downloading or Access Issues

If you encounter any issues downloading your deliverables or accessing services, contact our technical support team within 30 days. Failure to do so will be treated as a successful delivery and no refund will be issued.

• Major Defects or Service Errors

While our services are tested and reviewed for quality, technical issues can occur. If a major error is identified, we will attempt to resolve it within 72 hours. If we are unable to resolve the issue in that timeframe, a full refund will be issued or a replacement service of equal value may be offered.

• Product Not As Described

If the service delivered is significantly different from what was described on our website, you must notify us within 30 days. Valid evidence is required to prove misrepresentation. Refunds will not be granted based on unmet expectations or personal preferences.

Children Policy

Only individuals 18 years or older are permitted to access and purchase services from Geicoo Solutions. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from individuals under 13. If such data is submitted, we will immediately delete it and cancel the order.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will be considered a breach of policy and may result in account suspension or legal action. We encourage clients to reach out to our team first so we can resolve the issue swiftly and professionally.
